Client Associate / Exec Assistant – Health Care (Bilingual Preferred) – Galliant Care – Remote Part Time

Overview: We are a seeking a client onboarding associate and executive assistant (dual role). Work-from-home / remote work is permitted. Bilingual (intermediary Spanish) is strongly preferred

As a Healthcare associate (75% of time), you will be the first point of contact for patients needing ABA Therapy and Autism Services for their child. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from parents, insurance carriers, providers, referral sources and potential patients. You will work hand and hand with the companies founders and clinicians on onboarding new clients and helping families receive services. Must be extremely comfortable being on the phone

As an Executive Assistant (25% of time) you will help the founders with general administrative responsibilities such as setting up accounts, opening clinics, handling systems, scheduling, and more.

The role will be full-time hours from 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM. Most hours can be done from home, though some local community outreach may be required from time-to-time. Dallas and Texas based candidates who can work out of our clinic from time to time and help with team events are preferred, though we are open to anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be bilingual and speak Spanish fluently
• Experience in a customer service role; preferably in the medical field
• Experience as an executive assistant
• Great communication and problem solving skills
• Value accountability, consistency and engagement through excellent attendance
• Excellent customer service through the ability to care for others

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 year of experience working at a medical practice assisting with customer service
• Experience working with insurance carriers
• Experience with billing softwares such as Kareo
