DigitalCrafts bridges the gap between today’s employers and tomorrow’s talent.

Founded in 2015, DigitalCrafts offers full-time and part-time online bootcamps in Web Development, Cybersecurity, and UX Design. All classes are taught online by live instructors.
In addition, DigitalCrafts provides enterprise services to corporate clients including educational partnerships, custom corporate training, and consulting / staffing services.

Business Development Representative
The
Business Development Representative will be the face of DigitalCrafts to external businesses, and represents the entire range of DigitalCrafts programs and corporate offerings.
Business Development Representative will be the face of DigitalCrafts to external businesses, and represents the entire range of DigitalCrafts programs and corporate offerings.
The role’s primary focus includes:
- Develop and contract new relationships with executives with the goal of selling educational partnerships, corporate training solutions and/or staffing solutions
- Surface needs and establish client expectations to form B2B agreements to achieve targets and meet objectives
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and drive additional business
B2B Growth:
- Identifies, prospects, and qualifies new client opportunities, promoting the value of DigitalCrafts educational partnerships, corporate training and staffing solutions for the prospective company
- Selling educational partnerships, corporate training solutions, and/or staffing solutions
- Meets assigned sales targets, strategic, and tactical objectives
- Negotiates agreements for services, programs, and sets pricing with new client agreements
- Scopes and develops proposals for engagements
Account Management:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in current and future customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Drives and maintains high customer service levels.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs.
- Develops monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for each newly acquired account.

- History of acquiring and developing Fortune 1000 relationships
- 5+ years of experience in a business to business (B2B) sales
