Full Job Description
We are looking for a an Accountant/Book keeper to manage a couple of startups . Duties would include preparing financial statements, reconciling expenses , examining and analyzing accounts. Currently the position is remote and part time .
Key responsibilities:
- Managing QuickBooks
- Uploading and reconciling receipts
- Tracking and Analyzing accounts payable/receivable
- Generating Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Statements
- Generating Various Company’s financial reports
Qualifications/Experience
- Must be Proficient in QuickBooks
- Must have a strong Accounting background
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have Microsoft office experience
* At leas some Familiarity With DAT Accounting would be a plus
