POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the Body Transformation Coach Intern is to gain experience as a coach within the constructs of Erin & Sarit’s transformation programs. You will be interacting and building relationships with clients 5 days a week to ensure success for the client, gain experience and help guide our clients in their specific program.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

As a Body Transformation Coach Part Time Intern for ImproveU you will be responsible for interacting on a group level with clients, learn the constructs about how, we at ImproveU, serve our clients. Participate in social media channels to guide and inspire clients in their health and wellness journey. This is a 90 day internship. Performance will be evaluated at the end of the 90 days to assess if a full time coaching position will be offered.

The primary responsibilities of this role, Body Transformation Coach intern, are to:

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty within our social media platform.
• Understand and adequately describe the product or service to the customer.
• Attend all daily meetings and required program calls.
• If not already attained, complete PN1 certification within the 90 day internship period.
• Improve sales skills to increase retention success rates through daily team training and homework.
• Follow set strategies for achieving long and short term business goals for all products and services.
• Show initiative in developing coaching skills and product/portfolio knowledge;
• Manage ImproveU workload and process through effective problem solving solutions, execution of daily tasks, and administration duties.
• Some travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

Experience, Competencies and Education:

• PN1 Certification preferred or at least 6 months of experience.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written);
• Possesses passion, ambition, drive and knowledge regarding fitness industry;
• Demonstrate initiative, assertiveness and ability to drive results;
• Strong business acumen, influencing and critical thinking skills;
• Emotionally intelligent to the clients needs;
• Excels in time management, organizational skills and follow-up;
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic and friendly;
• Willingness to travel to occasional team events and trainings;
• Proven interest in supporting collaboration and teamwork within a strong team structure;
• Passionate and driven to exceed client expectations;
• Be able to pass a background check;

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of personal training and/or nutrition coaching experience.
• Personal Training Certification preferred.
• Demonstrate product and program knowledge.

Compensation Structure:

$14/hr. Max of 15 hours per week. Ability to earn commission through sales.
