Position: Business Development Associate (Remote, preferred in CA)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop target lists, build brand awareness and initiate/maintain relationships with clients through attending social events
  • Connect with clients through cold calls, email campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and operation team to ensure client’s requirements are met
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
  • Perform market research SWOT analyses
  • Manage different types of company social media accounts, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, Twitter, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Management major preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and social skills
  • Results and detail-oriented and able to build rapport with clients
  • Willing to travel (25%)
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin/Chinese
