What to expect in year one

• We provide mentoring to all new therapists at whatever level they may need.
• Contract for school year 2022-2023 with renewal potential
• Support at least 20 students per week

• Due to the nature of online therapy services, Lighthouse Therapy can provide services to any state in the United States. Our therapists are licensed and credentialed in the state in which they live and in the states in which they provide services.

Requirements

• Previous experience providing BCBA services in an educational setting
• Active Pennsylvania BCBA license
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
• A current negative TB test within the last 3 months or upon hire
