Associate – Sinclairbiotech – Remote Part Time

Part- or Full-time Position to work on human longevity with Harvard Professor Dr. David Sinclair

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated individual to assist Professor David Sinclair of Harvard Medical School, known as a world leader in the ability to reverse aging. His team has a wide range of expertise and interests, including cancer, neurodegeneration, diabetes, and muscle degeneration and are focused on the goal of improving health and extending longevity globally. The position requires a multi-disciplined, hard-working, adaptable individual with a strong knowledge of wellness, fitness and a passion for health and longevity.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Professor Sinclair to support his activities
• Manage and maintain a complex schedule.
• Assist Professor Sinclair with VIP clients in research and note-taking.
• Manage client relationships, including timely responses to questions and/or concerns.
• Research relevant data based on client needs and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation.
• Receive, screen, and compose replies to electronic and other correspondence and packages.
• Work with Dr. Sinclair to improve business logistics and operations.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, exercise physiology, or biology, with three years of experience in the fitness or wellness space.
• Extensive knowledge of nutrition, exercise, health, and longevity science
• Ability to interpret human health data including bloodwork
• Knowledge of common medicines and supplements
• High degree of decorum and maturity
• Outstanding personal initiative and problem solving
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical/critical thinking skills
• Capacity to gather and analyze scientific information to swiftly identify and resolve problems
• Ability to manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously while remaining flexible to handle changing priorities
• Capacity to communicate information effectively, adaptively, and diplomatically both verbally and in writing
• Strong computer skills using standard office equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) with experience using ZOHO, Adobe Acrobat, Google or Apple calendars, and social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
