Full Job Description

Work part-time from home in your pajamas! We need remote appointment schedulers to be part of a growing team.

Requirements:

  • Part-time employment- this is NOT a full time job
  • Use of your own smart phone (to answer calls via an app)
  • Home computer with reliable internet
  • Quiet environment- Kids crying in background will not work
  • Reliable- If you are prone to “calling in sick” or frequent “family emergencies” please do not apply. Of course life happens but you know if this concern applies to you.
  • Available- Days/hours per week may fluctuate but in general must be able to work between 8am and 5pm (except for a lunch break). Breaks to pick up children etc… won’t work.
  • Flexible- Some weeks we will need more schedulers than others due to vacations, seasonal variations, and general growth. The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate this (though a minimum number of 24 hours per week will be provided).
  • Industrious- Some days may not have as many calls but other remote office tasks will be provided. Assume you will be busy each entire work hour.
  • Professional- A college degree isn’t required but you must have the ability to communicate well on the phone and problem-solve for patients.

First 3 months will be paid at agreed upon hourly rate. After 3 months a retention $1/hour raise will be given as well as retro-actively applied to prior hours logged (and given as an immediate bonus!).
