Affiliate Marketer Job Description

OVERVIEW
Gamble ConFab is a web and branding agency founded in 2016. We help entrepreneurs accelerate their digital set-up by automating websites and sales flow. We offer individual web and branding services to not for profits, churches, and qualified small businesses. We offer a High-Ticket Program to businesses and corporations.

The Affiliate Marketer will create marketing strategies using their own network and skills to drive targeted leads to our program. First 90 days, this role is Independent Contracted(1099) and commission based. After the 90 day period, you have the option to transition into a salary base,

Affiliate Marketing Manager position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute marketing strategy for High-Ticket Program.

Analyze results, interpret trends, give insights and recommend improvements on current marketing strategies.

Drive targeted leads to High-Ticket program.

Assist in brainstorming media, digital (online & social), and sales funnel.

QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate must have at least 2 years direct experience in affiliate marketing OR possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a similar field AND at least 1 year experience as an affiliate marketer.

SKILLS
Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing; proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns; knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management; excellent time management and project management skills; strong organizational, planning, and problem solving skills.

STATUS: PART-TIME, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (FIRST 3 MONTHS)

OPTIONAL EMPLOYEE (AFTER 3 MONTHS)

COMPENSATION: COMMISSION BASED (3% FIRST 3 MONTHS)

SALARY BASED + COMMISSION (AFTER 3 MONTHS)
