We are looking for a virtual marketing coordinator who can support us in our marketing projects.

Good project management skills, you’ll be managing 4 marketing strategies concurrently
Sales minded, while this position is not directly in sales, it definitely drives sales. We want a marketing coordinator who will take an active role in helping us reach out monthly sales goals.
Strong researching skills to find potential speaking gigs and speakers for our summits.
Amazing team player and willing to work hard for team goals as well as individual goals
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines and manage production timelines
Highly dependable. This is a tight-knit team and everyone has to pull their weight
Able to consistently hit goals

Responsibilities:
Pitch the business owner for podcasts, media appearances, and speaking opportunities
Send out weekly emails to our list
Research and identify potential affiliate partners
Reach out and establish relationships with potential affiliate partners
Facillitate client referral program
Organize the marketing calendar to help establish consistent leadflow

Training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience working in marketing in another company is appreciated, but not required. We would also consider corporate sales experience, account management, and project management.

Hours: Reach-outs need to be done during US-based business hours.
This position is 20 hours per week.
