About Alsaid Forum
The Alsaid Forum is an online platform founded in 2020, allowing a wide audience to interact with eminent intellectuals, scientists, writers, poets, artists, politicians, economists, educators, and innovators, to discuss ideas and share their creations. This is all carried out during monthly lectures and seminars that would contribute to the enrichment of the Political and cultural life in Jordan as well as the Arab world.
Through its Political Forum, the Alsaid Foundation hosts local and international intellectual figures from all Arab countries and around the world.
The Alsaid Political Forum seeks to raise public awareness and amplify youth voices about different topics such as:
– Trade and investment
– Human capital and inequality
– Security, cyber governance, and defense

Job Description
Alsaid Foundation seeks an energetic, detail-oriented intern to join our team virtually. You will be a crucial member of a tightknit team working to actively foster, elevate, and sustain cross-sector partnerships for positive social impact. You will play a large part in building a meaningful space for collaboration and discussion with some of the world’s great thinkers and doers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take meeting notes and share meeting summaries with the team, when appropriate.
- Assists with acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
- Communication with diplomatic missions
- Assistance during conferences
- Attend UN meetings
EDUCATION/QUALIFCATIONS:
- Two years of college education.
- Deeply riveted in foreign affairs and the social impact space. you know who today’s leaders are – nonprofit, government, and corporate.
- Highly organized and data oriented. you have some experience working with a database system, sending updates, and tracking progress.
- A great creative writer – you’ve drafted blog posts, op-eds or press releases and have managed ongoing edits.
- Deadline-oriented and calm under pressure.
- Ability to commit at least 12 hours per week.
- Ability to work remote.
