Account Manager – PBS Accounting and Tax Solutions – Remote Part Time

• Will be responsible for over seeing the bookkeeping for each of their assigned customers
• Will be expected to create the workflows based on the scope of work and manage all work is being completed on time
• Will be the customers direct point of contact for all things related to their account
• Must be proficient in Quickbooks Online
• Must be available during regular business 8:30am-5:30pm M-F PST
• Will be responsible for producing month end reports for all of their assigned customers
• Remote position
• Will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable (when applicable), payroll and sales tax for their assigned customers – and updating the QBO file accordingly
• Will need to attend weekly, quarterly and annual team meetings
• Will hold review meetings with the client to review the status of their account via zoom
• Approximately 20-25 hrs per week
• Monthly check in calls to all of their assigned clients to maintain the relationship building and expand on additional services that may be requested or needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
