Account Executive – Pipestone Payments – Remote Part Time

Pipestone Payments is a leading technology-oriented payment system supplier, providing POS system and e-commerce services. Our U.S. headquarters is located in Texas, the Main office in New York is located in the Fifth Avenue of midtown Manhattan, and there are also some local branches located in NY Flushing, NY Long Island City, California to meet the needs of young partners in different regions. Job Brief:

We are searching for high-energy Account Executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Account Executives will communicate directly with enterprise and prospects, understand their business needs, and recommend our solution and services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Make cold calls or reach out to prospects.
• Gather business information and payment processing statements for financial analysis.
• Present and demonstrate the value of solutions and services to prospective enterprises.
• Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the enterprises’ dedication
• Remain in frequent contact with the our clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Job Requirements:

• Business, Finance, Marketing or relevant field background prefered.
• Experience in related field preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic attitude, quick learner
• Fluent in English. Mandarin, Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
